Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use the ExamMate app or website. By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
- You sign in with your email address and a one-time code. Keep access to your email secure.
- Your account can be signed in on one phone and one web browser at a time. You can move your account to a new phone up to two times in 30 days.
- Give accurate information, including your name, phone number and class.
Courses and content
- Lectures, live classes, notes and other content are for your own personal study. Do not record, copy, share, resell or publish them.
- We may update course content and schedules to improve them.
- Sharing your account or content may lead to your account being suspended.
Store orders
- Prices are in Nepali rupees. Delivery fees are shown at checkout before you place the order.
- Printed items are paid by Cash on Delivery. Please be available to receive your order at the address you provide.
- You can ask us to cancel an order before it is shipped. If an item arrives damaged or wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse ExamMate — for example, by trying to access other people’s accounts, disrupting the service, or posting abusive content in classes.
Availability
We work to keep ExamMate available, but it may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Account → Delete account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
