Delete your ExamMate account
You can delete your ExamMate account and its personal data at any time.
In the app
- Open ExamMate and sign in.
- Go to the Account tab.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
By email
If you can’t use the app, email [email protected] from the email address you use for ExamMate, with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll delete it within 7 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted
Your profile (name, email, phone number, class), your saved delivery address, your cart, your enrolments and your streak. You are also signed out on every device.
What we keep
Records of orders you placed (items, amounts and delivery details) are kept for up to 7 years because Nepali accounting and tax rules require it. They are not used for anything else.
